CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a full refund of the advance deposit less a $25.00 per night administration fee will be issued only if the hotel is notified of your cancellation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel, alter, or reduce your stay within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for your reservation.
Please note- no refunds for early departures.

PET POLICY

We at The Shire Woodstock offer a limited amount of canine friendly rooms for our guests. For an additional $25 per dog per night you can travel alongside your canine companion. Please inquire when booking your reservation for availability.

We want you to always get the lowest price when you reserve a room via our website or by phone, or we’ll match the lower price.

How our Price Guarantee works:
1. Make a confirmed reservation through http://shirewoodstock.com or by calling 802-457-2211
2. If you find a qualifying lower price for the same accommodations within 24 hours after making your reservation, and if we verify your claim, we will honor the lower price.

Submitting your claim:
You must email info@shirewoodstock.com or call 802-457-2211 within 24 hours after you make your confirmed reservation, and at least 24 hours before The Shire Woodstock’s standard check-in time on your day of arrival. The name must match the name on the confirmed reservation for each room. Only one claim may be submitted for each confirmed reservation. You will receive an email confirmation or phone call within 24 hours after our receipt of your claim.

Lower Price:
A qualifying lower price is a lower price you find on a non-Shire booking channel within 24 hours after your booking, for the same accommodations that you booked through an official Shire booking channel, and must be viewable by anyone prior to booking and bookable by anyone.
